The Future of Physical Activity in Ireland: European Ideas, Irish Opportunities

Physical activity is delivered through a wide range of operating models, each with its own structure, challenges, opportunities, and approach to engaging communities. This session brings together leaders from three distinct operating models operating across Ireland and Northern Ireland to share their experiences, insights, and lessons learned.

Through a series of short presentations, speakers will explore how their organisations are structured, how they generate participation and revenue, the challenges they face, and where they see opportunities for future growth and impact. The session will conclude with a panel discussion and audience Q&A, providing delegates with the opportunity to compare approaches and explore what can be learned across different sectors of the physical activity landscape.
